Egg Pasta

Egg Pasta is a tasty, savoury pasta made by cooking pasta and sautéed with tomato & onion based puree &eggs. Egg Pasta is easy to cook in minutes and the family for crave for more. Egg Pasta can be made as add on dish for grand lunch /dinner or relished as a wholesome dish for dinner.

  • 1 cup pasta
  • 2 nos eggs
  • 1 small sized big onion chopped roughly
  • 1 medium sized tomato chopped roughly
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • coriander leaves to garnish
  • salt to taste
  • water as needed

To temper:

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1.5 tsp garlic crushed


  • Boil water, add pasta to it. Cook until it turns soft but not too mushy. Drain water and set the pasta aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan add jeera and crushed garlic.
  • Saute for 2mins then add chopped onion ,tomato. Add red chilli powder and garam masala powder.
  • Cook until tomatoes turn mushy and raw smell leaves. Add required salt. Cook for 2-3mins.
  • Add 2 eggs. Scramble it. Scramble well until it comes together but not too dry.
  • When its still moist add cooked pasta, toss it well and cook for 2 more mins finally garnish with coriander leaves and switch off. Enjoy Egg Pasta!
