  • 1 cup pasta
  • 2 nos eggs
  • 1 small sized big onion (chopped roughly)
  • 1 medium sized tomato (chopped roughly)
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • coriander leaves to garnish
  • salt to taste
  • water as needed

To temper:

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1.5 tsp garlic crushed


  • Boil water, add pasta to it.Cook until it turns soft but not too mushy.
  • Drain water and set the pasta aside.Heat oil in a pan add jeera and crushed garlic.
  • Saute for 2mins then add chopped onion,tomato.Add red chilli powder and garam masala powder.
  • Cook until tomatoes turn mushy and raw smell leaves.Add required salt.Cook for 2-3mins.
  • Add 2 eggs.Scramble it.
  • Scramble well until it comes together but not too dry.
  • When its still moist add cooked pasta, toss it well and cook for 2 more mins finally garnish with coriander leaves and switch off.


  • You can even handcrush pasta before adding.
  • Use small sized pasta.
