    What is Iced Coffee?

Iced Coffee is a cold beverage that is made with milk, condensed milk, coffee powder and ice cubes. This recipe super simple and easy to make with available ingredients in your kitchen.

This Iced Coffee will make Starbucks coffee run away. Do try and I am sure you will enjoy this and make it more often especially during summer. This drink is perfect for any time of the time but best to drink mid noon.

I have made the Vietnamese style iced coffee but you can swap condensed milk with thick full fat milk along with sugar and make a low fat iced coffee. Either ways it tastes so good, do not miss trying it.

The Traditional Vietnamese Iced Coffee (Ca Phe Sua Da) is made using a filter to make decoction and that is used to steep into condensed milk with no milk added, then served with lots of ice. I made an instant version using instant coffee powder still it tasted so good, kids loved it so much!

You need to brew a thick and strong concentrate to enjoy a perfect iced coffee. Even black coffee lovers will like this, as it is irresistibly delicious. Tea addicts, so try this once and see, I am sure you will love it too!

    FAQS

1.What is the difference between cold coffee and iced coffee?

Cold Coffee is more rich with the addition of ice cream with milk along with coffee decoction but Iced Coffee is just milk and coffee decoction with lots of ice cubes. Adding condensed milk is Vietnamese style so regular iced coffee will have just milk and coffee with ice cubes.

    2.Does Iced Coffee have milk?

Yes Iced coffee is your favorite coffee chilled so it has milk and coffee powder as main ingredients with lots of ice cubes.
