Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 heaped tsp jeera
Instructions
- Take water in a sauce pan, add jeera to it.
- Boil until it reduces to half.
- Switch off and strain.Discard the cumin seeds and consume the water.Drink it hot or warm.

- You can even make jeera water and store for a day and consume it as and when needed.
