Can your recipes be used for daily cooking? I mean, sometimes the use of cashewnut paste, milk, groundnuts, coconut etc causes stomach problems. So, will it be good to eat them everyday in curries and gravies? Also, please provide timings for frying and boiling vegetables like time of frying onions etc.

      • SHARMILEE J

        September 18, 2014 at 2:49 pm

I am assuming that not everyday we make special dishes that uses cashews and other fatty items…..Giving timing isnt a good option becos each time the timing may differ depending on the variety of the vegetable…..
