    Chicory

Few store bought ground coffee powder has a percentage of chicory added. But the one I buy has low percentage of chicory. The perfect blend of chicory to coffee enhances coffee taste and aroma by inducing a nutty taste to the coffee and that is the reason why chicory is added to coffee.
