Pepper Poha Recipe

It has been busy for the past 2 days here at Chennai…….Was at my perimmas place with my cousins, had a good time together, the much needed break I would say.We had been planning for this get together for the past 2 yrs and am happy that it did happen now.

Was at annanagar today after years, felt a bit nostalgic seeing the places that I have roamed around….the hospital where mittu was born,my shopping times at Nalli,Santosh stores, the restaurants I have been to so many times but still crave for that sambar rice from hotchips and my fav north indian menu from Paramount….aahhh good old memories.

Pepper Poha Recipe

Now after a tiring day back at my sil’s place….kids at play and mittu never troubles me for eating when am here and am so much relieved…..Just sat down to post this pepper poha which I tried the other day, a quick spicy snack that you can make which is perfect for this chill weather. Will be back soon with the lunchbox menu this weekend.

My Notes:

  • This is a little spicy, but you can reduce pepper as per your liking.
  • You can even roast pepper jeera and grind it coarsely.

Simple and nice. I too make somewhat similar but without the pepper and cashew. Will try out your version too.
