Mango nungu recipe with step by step pictures.When I posted flavoured nungu paal, mango nungu was in my mind too but then planned to make a separate post.

This is a very easy and tasty dessert that you can make during summer when mangoes are in season.Simple yet delicious mango nungu dessert ready in minutes.

This is a no cook version except for the milk boiling part…Isnt that easy ?! What are waiting for?! Grab the ingredients, make and enjoy before the mango season ends.

Mango nungu recipe

Mango nungu recipe with the combination of fresh mangoes and iceapple this dessert tastes delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 small sized mango
  • 4 nos iceapple(nungu)
  • 1 and 1/2 cups milk (boiled and cooled)
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp condensed milk

Instructions

  • In a mixer jar add chopped mangoes(Used half of the mango) and 1 nungu.Add sugar and grind it to a fine paste.the puree should measure 1/3 cup.
  • Take milk in a mixing bowl,add condensed milk, mango nungu puree.
  • Mix well with a whisk for even mixing.Cop the rest of nungu roughly,chop the other half mango too.Add chopped nungu and mango pieces.
  • Stir it once then chill it.Serve the dessert chilled.
