Gud ki chai recipe a popular tea variety made during winters.Gud ki chai is nothing jaggery tea, the spice mix that we add along with tea powder can be altered according to our preference.Do try this easy gud ki chai recipe and have a change to the usual tea we have 🙂

Gud ki chai recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp tea powder
- 8 nos nos pepper corns
- 1/2 no cardamom
- 1.5 tsp jaggery powder
Instructions

Crush cardamom along with pepper to a coarse mixture,set aside.Boil water.

Add tea powder to it, then add crushed mixture.Let it boil.

Boil for atleast 2 mins then add milk to it.

Boil for a minute, let it come to a rolling boil.Swirl the pan and simmer for a minute.

Add jaggery powder and switch off.Strain and serve hot!

Froth it and Serve hot !
