Dates energy balls with cornflakes and nuts, one of the easiest and no cook snack you can make in a jiffy.I had few ingredients which remained idle so wanted to use them up so made these energy balls and tada it was gone in no time.

Hubby and mittu is not fond of dates so it was all ours(me,amma and gugu).With just 3 ingredients you can make these absolutely delicious energy balls that you can snack anytime without any guilt.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dates(deseeded)
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 3/4 cup cornflakes

Instructions

  • To a mixer jar - add almonds, grind it coarsely then add dates.
  • Grind it coarse then finally add cornflakes and pulse it for few times.
  • Transfer to a mixing bowl and shape them into small balls.Yes as easy as that! 🙂

Notes

  • You can use any of your favorite nuts.
  • You can use apricots,raisins etc
  • It keeps well for a about a week in room temperature itself.Use dry hands while picking u also make sure there is no moisture content in mixer jar while grinding.

    Hi..Thanks for such a health ,quick & easy receipe.. I am a fresher in cooking tried this today & came out well :). May b I over ran mixie so dates became bit sticky.

      You can use it as such as we are using kellogs cornflakes which we can have it raw
