Stir Fried Spaghetti Recipe – Spaghetti Stir Fry

May 6, 2013 by Sharmilee J 23 Comments

Spaghetti was new to me until I made Aglio Olio and that was the first time I tasted spaghetti and totally loved it. I wanted to try a simple and quick spaghetti stir fry recipe which will be apt for breakfast and this one is wholesome and satisfying with all the goodness of veggies. I used the pack of olives and spaghetti I got as a gift hamper from Good Food magazine for featuring my cilantro almond pesto pasta as the reader recipe of the month 🙂

Spaghetti Stir Fry Recipe

This is quick and easy for breakfast, you can even pack it for your kids lunch box, they will sure love it! You can cut the veggies and keep it ready the previous day itself which makes it even more quick.

Serve hot with tomato sauce or you can have it as such as its wholesome.

My Notes:
  • Dont add more soya sauce than mentioned amount as soya sauce will be overpowerful.
  • You can even add spring onions as we do for fried rice.
  • Veggies is totally of your choice.
  • I had salt pickled olives so used it.You can use fresh or tinned olives too.
  • I used whole wheat spaghetti, you can use any of your choice.

Where could I get this Wheat Spaghetti – any popular good brand there?
Also let me know whether it would get dried when children eat during lunch time, as my daughter dont like anything dry for lunch
    Thanks

Actually, Spaghetti is my favorite food because it is easy to cook and to prepare. This is a very different type of spaghetti because it has vegetable. And I think this is special because of that vegetable given here. I will try to cook this so that I can know the taste of it. Keep sharing!.
