Seasons cafe – A venture by Pazhamudhir group.
We were invited by Seasons group to taste check their dishes. As they have relocated to T.V.Swamy road recently they wanted us to give in our feedback before the opening which was scheduled on 28th October.Few weeks back we(Padmaja,Jino and Me) visited the cafe shop and had a good time tasting the dishes and of course with our usual chitchats. All pictures posted here are from my mobile camera.
Years back we lived in a house just opposite to this shop so the road is very familiar to me.
Thanks to the team for inviting and hosting us!
First let me tell about the interiors : It had mild subtle color combo of grayish brown shades with mild lighting which had a soothing effect, looked so classy and cozier too.It was a small place but the arrangements were in such a way that it was not too conjested.
There are individual dining for a smaller group – pic below.
If you are a big group you can either choose the private dining where we sat(not in pic) or choose a sofa seating as shown in pic below.
Now coming to the menu, we had a menu curated just for us.The portion we were served was not the same they serve for customers so we couldn’t judge if the quantity was worth the cost.So my review will be based purely on the taste and the dishes they served us that day.
The menu card itself was so colorful and attractive.
Apart from shakes, salads, milkshakes, noodles and pasta they also have choice of icecreams and pastries.Rice varieties are limited to biriyani and fried rice varieties.
Rosy Melon – I chose this one and loved it so much, mildly sweet with watermelon and rose flavour.
Lemon Mint Cooler – We all of us felt this was too tangy for our tastebuds.
Macroni pasta salad – I had this and simply loved it so much.A person who says a big no to salads by the sight of it could finish the bowl myself 🙂
Corn mayo salad – I just had a spoon for taste and it was good too.
Mushroom Sandwich and Veg sandwich both were soo tasty, aptly spiced loved them so much.
Pasta was great too the creaminess with a hint of cheese, it was super yum.
Schezwan fried rice – It was good but lacked the authentic chinese flavour a bit.
Choco Milkshake – this is surely a star of the menu we were served it was totally yum, Do not miss to try this when you are here.
Almond icecream – This was my favourite of the 3.It had a unique flavour with a crunch of almonds inbetween.
Blueberry banana icecream – This was my 2nd favourite, it had a nice banana flavour.
Red velvet icecream – This was very normal and ok.
