How to make Masala Corn Step by Step
1.To a kadai add water, salt let it boil then add 1 cup corn.

2.Let it cook for 10-12 minutes.

3.Taste check if it is cooked then switch off.

4.Transfer to a strainer. Strain water, you can use this for soups.

5.Measure and take 1 cup corn in a bowl. Add
1 teaspoon butter
⅛ teaspoon pepper powder
½ teaspoon chat masala powder
½ teaspoon red chili powder
¼ teaspoon jeera powder
¼ teaspoon garam masala powder

6. Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice.

7.Mix it well.
