Chia milk recipe vanilla flavoured chia milk recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk (boiled,cooled and chilled)
- 2 tbsp bloomed chia seeds
- 1 tbsp milk powder(optional)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essnece
- a tiny pinch cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- To a mixing bowl add milk(boiled,cooled and chilled), add bloomed chia seeds.You can add raw chia seeds too.
- Add vanilla essence and milk powder to it.
- Add cinnamon powder and honey.
- Blend for few seconds.Serve chilled!
- You can use chilled milk or chill it after making and serve it chilled.
Notes
- You can replcae milk with nut milk or coconut milk too.
- You can replace honey with any of your favorite sweetner.
- If you like it warm then do not chill the milk, boil cool down for
a while then add and blend the ingredients.Serve immediately. - I had bloomed chia seeds so used that, you can use raw chia seeds as such too.You can plus or minus the quantity of chia seeds according to your preference.
- You can use a mixer jar to blend too but use pulse option and pulse for just few times, that enough.
- If you like cinnamon flavour add more.
