Chia milk recipe a easy and tasty drink you can have.Thick and creamy chia milk with vanilla flavour.I bloomed chia seeds to try few recipes and my first try was this chia milk, you wont believe I just had a sip, that’s all the kids loved it so much.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (boiled,cooled and chilled)
  • 2 tbsp bloomed chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp milk powder(optional)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essnece
  • a tiny pinch cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • To a mixing bowl add milk(boiled,cooled and chilled), add bloomed chia seeds.You can add raw chia seeds too.
  • Add vanilla essence and milk powder to it.
  • Add cinnamon powder and honey.
  • Blend for few seconds.Serve chilled!
  • You can use chilled milk or chill it after making and serve it chilled.

Notes

  • You can replcae milk with nut milk or coconut milk too.
  • You can replace honey with any of your favorite sweetner.
  • If you like it warm then do not chill the milk, boil cool down for
    a while then add and blend the ingredients.Serve immediately.
  • I had bloomed chia seeds so used that, you can use raw chia seeds as such too.You can plus or minus the quantity of chia seeds according to your preference.
  • You can use a mixer jar to blend too but use pulse option and pulse for just few times, that enough.
  • If you like cinnamon flavour add more.

You can use chilled milk or chill it after making and serve it chilled  with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder…yum!
