    Hot Chocolate Mix Ingredients

    • Milk Powder – Dry milk powder is used so that you can make hot chocolate even using water.
    • Icing Sugar – Confectioners sugar also known as icing sugar is used which dissolves much easier than coarse sugar.
    • Cocoa Powder – Use good quality unsweetened cocoa powder.
    • Corn flour – Corn flour is used to thicken the hot chocolate, but add very little.
    • Salt – Salt lifts the sweetness so I prefer adding.
    • Dark Chocolate – Use good quality dark chocolate which is the main ingredients that makes this drink tastier.

    Homemade Hot Chocolate

Hot Chocolate is a creamy hot chocolate drink which is rich and delicious. Homemade hot chocolate can be made using hot chocolate mix and without it too. Using real dark chocolate or milk chocolate with less cocoa powder and corn flour makes this drink more delicious.

A perfect hot chocolate is creamy, thick and absolutely delicious and is a must have in the winter that you will crave for more. My family loves hot chocolate so I make it often so make many healthy variations too.
