    Chutney Sandwich is a medium spicy, flavourful sandwich made by preparing sandwich bombay chutney and spreading it on the bread (toasted / untoasted).     Chutney Sandwich is my recent try after hearing about it from my friend.If you are like me asking whats special about just spreading the green chutney and making a sandwich do give this a try and then let me know.Yes this is a very simple chutney sandwich but tastes amazing.

    Chutney Sandwich is very easy and quick to make and best for getogether and party as a starter snack.

    Chutney Sandwich

    Chutney sandwich is a medium spicy, flavourful sandwich made by preparing sandwich bombay chutney and spreading it on the bread (toasted / untoasted).     Ingredients

    • 4 slices wheat bread
    • 2 tablespoon sandwich chutney
    • 1 tablespoon butter

    Instructions

    • Get ready with your ingredients.Spread butter on the 4 slices of bread.
    • Then spread a generous tablespoon of sandwich chutney on all the bread slices.
    • Seal it. Cut and serve Chutney Sandwich immediately.

    Notes

    • Do not skip butter as the butter layer prevents the bread from becoming soggy.
    • I used wheat bread, you can use normal white bread too.
