Expert Tips
- Corn - Always choose fresh or good quality sweet corn (either fresh kernels or frozen). This ensures natural sweetness and a tender bite. You can use frozen corn too if you don't get fresh corn.
- Cooking corn - Boil or steam corn just until tender. Overcooking can make it mushy and dull in flavor.
- Seasoning - Make sure to add seasonings while the corn is hot so that it blends well. You can even make it plain by using just butter. You can add mixed herbs if you want or plus or minus the spice as per your liking.
- Spices - You can also add a pinch of red chili powder for extra spice. I prefer a mild spicy version , if you prefer more spice level then you can add roasted jeera powder along with red chili powder.
