  • To a kadai add water, salt let it boil then add sweet corn.
  • Let it cook for 10-12 minutes.
  • Taste check and switch off.
  • Transfer to a strainer. Strain water, you can use this for soups.
  • Measure and take 1 cup corn in a bowl add 1 heaped teaspoon butter along with ¼ teaspoon pepper powder, ¼ teaspoon chat masala powder, ½ teaspoon lemon juice and salt to taste.
  • Mix it well and serve hot or warm!
  • Adjust spices according to your taste and enjoy!
