    About Peanut Butter Cheerios Bars

Peanut Butter Cheerios Bars are no bake snack bars made using cereal and binding syrup. It is a simple recipe and is a popular for quick energy snack. The combination of peanut butter and honey gives both flavour and binding and it holds well. The bars hold shape well and easy to cut and handle.

The texture of these bars is crispy with a soft binding inside and it is easy to bite. Cheerios gives crunch and peanut butter adds richness to the bars. It has a sweet taste with nutty flavour and it makes it enjoyable to eat. It is not too hard so easy to bite and chew and kids also like it.

You can make few variations with this recipe and you can add nuts, seeds or chocolate chips for extra taste and texture. You can also adjust sweetness by reducing sugar or honey and it works well, so this recipe you can change easily. Some also use jaggery instead of sugar for different taste.

I usually make these bars and store in fridge for few days at home. I like to store them and have with tea in evening time.
