    About Dahi Puri

‘Dahi’ in Hindi means curd and Puri is crispy puffed bread so Dahi Puri means puri in curd. It is very easy to make dahi puri chat at home when you make the ingredients ready, it is just assembling.

Sweet chutney and green chutney is very easy to make. You can make it ready, refrigerate and use it for chats. I use even for sandwiches – its tangy, sweet, spicy with all the flavors bursting out!

You can make the puris and chutneys the before day. On the day of serving make puris, mashed potato, assemble and serve it. Enjoy this easy and yummy chat at home.
