Dahi puri and Dahi Papdi Chat are my favorite chats and Pav Bhaji comes next. Anything with curd I so so love it and when it is along with crispy papdis, tangy chutneys, crunchy onions and sev its tough to say no to it. And it is the best chat for summer as its not spicy as the sweet curd compliments well.

    About Dahi Papdi Chat

Dahi Padi Chat is made using papdi, mashed potato, sweet chutney, green chutney, spice powders, curd, onion, coriander leaves, sev etc. You can use homemade papdi or store bought papdi too.

Even chat chutneys are available in supermarkets. So you can just buy the ingredients and assemble it. I always make the ingredients ready the previous day itself so that on the day of serving it is just assembling.

Dahi Papdi chat recipe can be easily converted to dahi puri chat by replacing papdi with puri. Do make this chat and enjoy!
