    Expert Tips

    • Cooking pasta - I cook pasta until soft but not too mushy. I check in between so it does not overcook and lose shape.
    • Cooking vegetables - I cook vegetables only for few minutes so it stays little crunchy. Overcooking will make it soft and not good in texture.
    • Adding salt - I always check salt before adding at the end. Pasta already has salt so I add little slowly.
    • Sauce consistency - I add water little by little to adjust the consistency. I do not make it too dry or too watery.
    • Mixing - I mix pasta gently at end so it does not break. I also sometimes add little butter at last for extra taste.

    Serving and Storage

Serve Bow Tie Pasta hot as it tastes good when warm. This goes well as dinner or even as evening meal. Store leftover in fridge and use within a day. While reheating I sprinkle little water so it does not become dry.
