Give your usual pasta a twist with indian spices and flavours – I am sure this pasta would earn many compliments from your family as well as it did with ours.

The speciality of this dish is it is one pot, usually pasta is precooked and tossed in sauce but in this recipe, the pasta is cooked along with the masala and it tastes soo delicious. As pasta is simmered along with masala and spices, it is so flavourful and yummy.

This is one pasta where Italian meets Indian and its a great fusion one pot dish. This Masala Pasta is a perfect Indo-Italian fusion with a burst of flavours. If you are a fan of tomato based pasta dishes then this is just for you soo juicy and flavourful.

    • Serve it as such hot or serve it along with a toasted bread.
    • I would recommend to consume it fresh. Incase you want to store this pasta is not a good fit. May be you can cook pasta make the sauce and keep both separate and when you want to serve you can toss both and serve.
