    Mango Ice Lollies is a tasty summer treat for kids.Mango Ice Lollies Recipe with step by step pictures.

    I bought this lollipop mould long time back and tried making chocolate lollipop few months back and failed to get it perfect after that I forgot about this mould itself.Suddenly an idea flashed my mind to make this mango lollipop and it was such a hit.I shared few with mittus friends too and they were awed seeing it itself 🙂 It is really cute to hold and seeing the kids smile said it all 🙂 Nothing fancy just a mini version of popsicles.

    Ice Lollies | Mango Ice Lollies

    Mango Ice Lollies are delicious, cool dessert snack made by freezing a blend of mango juice, milk & sugar in special moulds.     Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup mangoes roughly chopped
    • 1/2 cup milk boiled & cooled
    • 2 tablespoon sugar

    Instructions

    • To a mixer jar - add mangoes along with sugar, puree it. Now add milk.
    • Blend well. Take your mould. You can use icecube tray too. I had this lollipop mould bought long time ago.
    • Fill in the mixture. Keep the stick.
    • I had more puree so filled it in my chocolate mould too. Wrap with silver foil. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
    • I freezed overnight. Next day gently press and lift the lollipops, as its silicon mould it was very easy to demould. Mango lollipop is ready!
    • Serve Mango Ice Lollies immediately!

    How to make Mango Ice Lollies
