Health Mix for Babies is an easy to make baby food made by roasting & blending dals, legumes & nuts. Health Mix Porridge is very healthy, filling baby food good for 6+ months babies and can be stored for later use up to 6 months.
Health Mix Powder Recipe for Babies. Sathu maavu mix is a very healthy and nutritious homemade food for babies. This health mix can be fed for babies after 6 months and it is one of the weight gaining recipes for babies.
Many sathu maavu mix are available in stores but homemade is good as its minus preservatives. As its for babies it is good to grind it at home itself rather than giving it to mill as the machines grind many items including masalas which may contaminate the health mix powder we give.It takes time as it took 2 hours for this entire batch from start to finish but you feel really content.
I have started to give it for mittu too and to my surprise she likes it.I usually make sprouted health mix powder for her , this time I tried this as the climate now is not suitable for drying. This health mix can be grinded at home itself and you don’t have the pain of drying it.This is a great breakfast for school going kids and for babies you can either feed for breakfast or lunch.
