    About Beaten Coffee

Beaten Coffee is made by beating coffee powder, sugar and water until foamy and creamy then mixed with hot milk and served. It is usually hand beaten using a spoon but takes a lot of time and effort so I have simplified the process using a mixer, hand mixer. This beaten coffee is also called hand-beaten coffee or whipped coffee or soft coffee or Indian Cappuccino etc.

With just basic ingredients in your kitchen this rich and creamy coffee can be made at home easily. No special equipment needed, you can either use spoon or mixer to make it. This coffee is rich and creamy making it perfect for a hot sip.

I love to have my cup of beaten coffee at leisure as it is like a dessert for me. Usually I make filter coffee in the morning but I have no time to enjoy it as it is always hurry burry. So during weekends I make this beaten coffee, sit relaxed and sip it and it is a treat to me.
