Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
  • 3 tablespoon granulated white sugar
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1and ½ cups milk

Instructions

  • To a mixer jar add 1 tablespoon coffee powder, 3 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon water.
  • Blend it well until the mixture turns light brown in color. Alternatively You can use a spoon and beat it in the coffee mug itself or a bowl.
  • You can use a hand mixer to beat it too. This is the quickest as it takes less time and effort. You can make in bulk and store too.
  • To a sauce pan add 1 and ½ cups full cream milk, let it come to a rolling boil. Switch off, swirl the pan and remove.
  • Now to the coffee mug add the coffee mixture.
  • Add little of boiled hot milk first.
  • Mix this well first using a stirrer spoon.
  • Add remaining milk.
  • Mix it well.
  • Sprinkle coffee powder on top and serve hot!
  • Enjoy coffee hot!

Notes

  • I like my coffee strong so have used this measure for 1 and ½ cups milk but you can adjust according to your liking.
  • You can make the espresso mixture in bulk and store it in fridge.
  • Make coffee whenever needed.
  • You can hand beat it using a spoon if the measure is less.
  • You can even use milk frother to froth the mixture.
  • If you are making in bulk, use a hand mixer or mixer. I sprinkled coffee powder as topping, you can sprinkle cocoa powder too.
