The first time I had banana milkshake was during my school days at a friends place when we were at group study……The memories remain fresh just like this milkshake. When her mother offered me a tall glass of milkshake I first hesitated a bit as I was(am) a very bad eater when it comes to fruits but when I had my first sip, I couldn’t resist and emptied the glass in no time….:) I made this milkshake for my daughter and she loved it too!
Monday Morning….sigh… Just waved bye to my lil one and sat down to write here…. Though its a daily routine, Mondays are always tough for me to get back to the routine and am starting the day and week with this post 🙂
Banana Milkshake Recipe – IngredientsServes: 1Cooking & Preparation Time: 15 mins
Ripe Banana -1 (I used long variety)
Cold milk – 1 cup
Sugar / Honey – 1 tsp
Caramel / Butterscotch sauce – 1 tsp (optional)
Vanilla Icecream – 1 small scoop(I skipped it)
- There are lot of variations to this milkshake – You can add caramel sauce or peanut butter or make it even any chocolate based by adding nutella or coco powder.
- To make it even more rich and creamy add vanilla icecream
- Serve chilled and fresh always
- You can also add crushed ice while blending.
