    nungu rosemilk recipe

Nungu Rose Milk is easy to make with just few ingredients in hand. Nungu or iceapple is my favorite so never miss to buy it when its available during summer. I have made many recipes using it and here is the collection of nungu recipes.

    About Nungu Rose Milk

To begin with first boil milk, simmer for 5 mins then cool down. Add sugar and rose essence to it and mix well until sugar dissolves completely- Set aside. You can chill it if you want. To a mixer jar – add iceapple and few icecubes, pulse few times to crush roughly. Then add prepared rose milk to it. Blend just 2-3 times until well combined. Pour into serving glass and serve!

    Variations:

    • You can chop iceapple and add it too. Just mix with prepared rose milk and serve. But I prefer this way of blending it along as it gives a nice taste and texture while drinking.
    • Use full fat milk, boil well and simmer until thick and creamy.
    • I had rose milk essence so used it along with sugar. But if you have rose syrup then skip sugar.
