    This Rose Milk Sabja Popsicle was an idea from mittu as she wanted popsicles with sabja seeds/sweet basil seeds and vanilla milk,so there flashed an idea of making this rosemilk sabja popsicles.

    Rose Milk Sabja Popsicle

    Rose Milk Sabja Popsicle is a flavourful, delicious cool bar made by freezing rose flavoured milk blend with sabja seeds in molds. Rosemilk Sabja Popsicle is a body coolant & soothing dessert for the sweltering heat of the summer.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup full fat milk
    • 1 tsp sabja seeds
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1 tbsp rose syrup

    Instructions

    • Pick up and remove any husks or stones from the sabja seeds if any. Then take sabja seeds in a wide bowl. Add water.
    • Soon it will start absorbing and growing in size. While pouring the water itself it starts to grow. After pouring water, let it aside for 10mins.
    • The seeds will all become transparent jelly like coating will be formed. Strain and set aside.
    • Boil water simmer for at least 5mins. Set aside to cool completely.
    • Now in a mixing bowl add milk.
    • Add rose syrup. Mix well.
    • Add sabja, mix well.
    • Take your favorite popsicle mould and pour the rose milk into the mould.
    • Close with lid. Freeze for at least 6-8 hrs.
    • Then show the bottom part in running tap water and then remove the popsicles carefully. Serve and Enjoy Rosemilk Sabja Popsicle!

    Notes

    • The rose syrup I used had sugar in it so did'nt add extra.
    • If you are using rose essence you need to add sugar for 1 cup you can add 1 tbsp sugar. The juice / milk we are going to freeze needs to be extra sweet only then after freezing it will be perfect.
