    Expert Tips

    • A thumb rule for all muffins do not over mix. Once the wet and dry ingredients start to combine just fold in gently. I mostly switch to a spatula at this stage. It is okay if small lumps are seen here and there.
    • You can use either dark chocolate chips or milk chocolate chips but I used a mix of these both.
    • You can replace brown eggs with regular white eggs too.
    • Always use ingredients at room temperature.
    • Use milk that is boiled and cooled. I usually do no use raw milk for most of my cooking / baking as I use cows milk it needs to be boiled for sometime.
    • Be watchful after 18 minutes – check by inserting a toothpick in the center if it comes out clean or with crumbs then your muffins are ready. Mine got done in exactly 20 minutes but you can leave up to 25 minutes if its not done as each oven varies.
