I have not added any flavour to the porridge mix instead add it while preparing the porridge as my both the kids have different tastes and it varies often so this way its easy for me.

Health Mix Porridge for Babies
Ingredients
For making savory porridge:
- 2 tbsp health mix powder
- 1 cup water
- 1/8 tsp roasted jeera powder
For making sweet porridge:
- 2 tbsp health mix powder
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp jaggery syrup
- 1/2 tsp ghee
- 1/8 tsp cardamom powder
Instructions
To make savory porridge:
- Take health mix in a sauce pan, Add water. Whisk to avoid lumps.
- Add jeera powder, mix it. Now cook this mixture in low flame for 10mins.
- Cook until thick and glossy. It should coat the ladle like this. Now this is done. Serve warm!
To make sweet porridge:
- Take health mix in a sauce pan, Add water. Whisk to avoid lumps.
- Cook until slightly thick then add jaggery syrup, ghee.
- Then add cardamom powder and cook in low flame for 10 mins.
- Cook until thick and glossy. It should coat the ladle and will be in pudding consistency. Switch off.
Notes
- You can skip cardamom powder.
- I have skipped salt in this porridge. If the babies are over one year you can add salt.
