    Eggless Bournvita Cupcakes Recipe

Bournvita Cupcakes are so soft and  tastes delicious. I was looking for a simple eggless cupcake recipe with bournvita and this one was apt for me. The orginal recipe was baked as a cake I adjusted the baking time for cupcakes. These were a huge hit at home.

    Variations

    • I used maida you can try with wheat flour too.
    • I have used bournvita powder as I had it. You can use boost or maltova or milo or any chocolate malted powder for this.
    • You can skip frosting and have the cupcakes as such too.

Hi Sharmi , recipes says to add two times 1/2 cup water . Main ingredients mentions only one time while blending .Is it so ?
I added twice . Cup cake became like flat and in between like sticky like Ragi ball .

It is only 1/2 cup warm water in total. May be the batter became liquidy because of 1 cup water I guess.
