Carrot pattani sundal recipe with step by step pictures and video. Easy carrot peas sundal can be made for Navaratri.

I very rarely buy dried peas but this time I made a gravy and sundal with it thats when we all realised this should be included often as all of us loved it so much. This is a very simple sundal can be made as an evening snack or as a sidedish for rice, sambar.Do try this easy and quick carrot pattani sundal and let me know how you liked it.

This is one of my favorite kadais(the one I’ve used here).I bought this long back in a local shop here for aapam but this didn’t work for aapam so using it for all sauteing for a smaller quantity and I absolutely love it! 🙂
