Coriander Seeds – 1/4 cup
Chana Dal – 2 tbsp
Urad Dal – 2 tbsp
Dry Red Chilli – 6 small
- Measure and get ready with all the ingredients.Transfer all to a kadai,dry roast till golden.
- Cool down and transfer the roasted ingredients to a mixer jar, grind it to a powder little coarse.
Cool down and then store.
- You can even add a tsp of pepper corns and jeera if you are planning to use it for vegetable curries and poriyals.
- Adjust spice level according to your preference.
