    About Avocado Sandwich

Avocado Sandwich – This is a quick and healthy sandwich idea. This is really not a recipe to share just an idea of using guacamole spread for sandwiches. This is very creamy sure a great alternate for the cheesy spreads. The ingredients are purely your choice, just add in your favorite vegetables too.

I made this avocado sandwich with simple ingredients and no cooking for filling so it is easy and quick to make. Only the bread toasting requires minimal cooking so perfect to make for breakfast.

I tried and unfortunately it came out disastrous. Mashed avocado was so bitter. Please help me to correct, what could have gone wrong..

Isn't avocado naturally taste bitter? I didn't taste the mashed one, but the last time, when I made milkshake of avocado and apple, I could taste mild bitterness in that.
