Vada Pappu Recipe – Ingredients

Split Moong Dal – 1/2 cup
Green Chilli – 1 sliced
Coconut – 1.5 tbsp grated
Salt – to taste
Raw mango / Cucumber – 1 tbsp grated (optional)
- Soak moong dal in water for 30mins, strain water. Add green chilli, coconut, salt and mix well. If you prefer add raw mango / cucumber too.
Always serve chilled!Garnish with basil leaves and cardamom skin for extra flavour.
- You can add grated cucumber / raw mango or even season with some flavourful tempering while eating.
