Tomato Bath is my favorite because of the unique flavors. I am fond of any variety rice dishes than sambar, rasam and rice. It is best to pack for lunchbox to school and office goers. There are many variations to this tomato bath and this is my simple version of Karnataka style tomato bath.

    About Tomato Bath

Tomato Bath is a aromatic and flavorful one pot dish made using cooked rice, onion, tomato, coconut, ginger garlic paste, ginger garlic paste and whole spices. The first time I tried this rice I felt the taste was close to tomato biriyani with more flavors.

Now this tomato bath has become a regular in our monthly meal menu. Do try this and enjoy it with your family. I love tomato bath with curd or onion raita the best combination.

Tomato Bath is packed with flavors and no less than a biryani. Variety rice and one pot rice varieties are always my favorite to cook and eat. Tomato Bath can be made with or without coconut.
