Kids loved bread sandwiches so try a vegetable sandwich filling for your kids lunch box and have a happy dance seeing it empty while they return back. Fruits and Nuts should compensate for the mild sandwich lunch so choose it accordingly.

I remember amma packing aloo sandwich for me, and I will be waiting till lunch time when I know that sandwich is packed. She always made sure my lunchbox was filling…she used to check magazines regularly and try new recipes for me..as a fuzzy eater I always troubled her and now I understand the pain as mittu takes after me, feeding her is the most challenging job for me 🙁 and seeing that amma says she is actually better than you 😉

Note : I use Plastic lunchboxes just for pic sake as its colorful, but I am planning to pack for mittu only in stainless steel containers as I feel its more safe. Also this lunchbox menu is not specific to small kids it can be packed for office goers too.

I have a request. I don't know how to clean my sandwich maker . Whenever I use it I end up attracting cockroaches… I would love for you to post a cleaning tip like you did once on mushrooms

I just wipe it off with a slightly wet cloth , then dry it up and keep it. May once in 6months or so you can clean it with soap water to get rid of the oil/ghee odour

I wipe my sandwich maker clean when it is still hot. This time it is easy to clean.
