Ingredients
- 1 and 1/4* cups milk (boiled and cooled)
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp gulkand
- 1 tsp rose syrup
- *Freeze 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Freeze 1 cup milk for at least 5 hours or until solid.Transfer frozen milk to mixer jar.
- Add gulkand and rose syrup.
- Blend it for few seconds then add milk and blend again until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into serving glass and Serve chilled!
