Gulkand lassi recipe a rich and creamy lassi made with rose essence and gulkand.

Ingredients
- 1 cup thick curd
- 1 heaped tbsp gulkand
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Instructions
- Take thick curd in a mixer jar, add milk to it.Add sugar.
- Add rose essence and gulkand.
- Add cardamom powder to it.Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Serve chilled!
