    guacamole served with bread

I tried guacamole for the first time. I wanted to try this healthy dip but was not able to find avocado or I should say I couldn't find it when I wanted and when it was available I was not prepared to buy it. Finally last month when I found it in a supermarket but they were not ripe, still I bought one and left it aside to ripen and within few days it was nice pulpy and soft ready to use.
