Chocolate Milk is a yummy flavoured milk by blending milk with coco powder & sugar. It is a healthy replacement for tea / coffee once a day and kids like it most when compared to the regular milk. Chocolate Milk Recipe is presented here with step by step pictures and video.

Chocolate Milk is a tasty and quick flavoured milk that can be made very quickly. If you are like me thinking how could just blending these ingredients would make a tasty drink then you should definitely try this and see. This has become one of my favorite drinks now and ofcourse kids too.

    About Chocolate Milk

Chocolate Milk is a delicious drink that can be made with easily available ingredients in your pantry. You don’t even need fancy ingredients like chocolate syrup to make this.

This is made using milk, unsweetened cocoa powde and sugar. Vanilla essence is added for flavour. I am sure this will be liked by all ages. If you are a chocolate lover then this is a must try for you!

Chocolate Milk mixes are readily available in supermarkets but they are all loaded with addictives and preservatives so making it at home from scratch is always a better option. Moreover you have full control of what goes into your milk and adjust it as per individual’s liking and preference.

    Chocolate Milk Ingredients

    • Milk – Using fresh full fat milk is the best option.
    • Cocoa Powder – Use unsweetened cocoa powder. Cocoa powder is the main ingredients that gives flavour and taste to this milk so use a good quality unsweetened cocoa powder.
    • Sugar – I have used granulated white sugar. You can use castor sugar or cane sugar too.
    • Vanilla – I have used real vanilla extract for flavour. You can use vanilla essence too.

    Notes

    • Always use fresh boiled milk. Boil it then cool it or warm down before blending.

      Hi,

I live in the US and was wondering what sized tablespoons you use? Here, Hersheys cocoa powder says 1 tablespoon is 5g, but Hersheys in India seem to say 1 tablespoon is 15g. (I’m referring to the product details on amazon.in.) That’s a big difference, so I just wanted to check which is right.

Thanks, and I look forward to trying this recipe!
