Homemade Bajra Flour Recipe
I had  a pack of whole pearl millet left out after using for sathu maavu.I usually make kambu koozh / kambu rice , still there was leftover so though to make bajra flour and use it for recipes.I will post recipes using this flour soon.

Homemade Bajra Flour Recipe - Ingredients

Preparation Time : 10 mins | Cooking Time : 10 mins | Makes : 3 cups

Whole Kambu(Pearl Millet) - 1/4 kg

Method:

  1. Dry roast kambu till slightly golden.Roast in low flame it may take atleast 7-10mins.Cool down then transfer to mixer jar.

  2. Powder it.Roast it again for 3-5mins.Cool down then store.

Serve hot / warm!

My Notes:

  • As we are grinding in mixie,it will be slightly coarse.
  • If you are doing in bulk,you can give in flour mill.
  • You can make millet flour the same way too.
