Soya Chunks Gravy Recipe
Soya Chunks(Soya Nuggets or Mealmaker) is an excellent source of protein and has a lot of health benefits too. This gravy is medium spicy so its suitable for kids too.Soya Chunks is tasteless and has a tendency to absorb any flavour that it is cooked with so I always spice it up with strong spices to make it more flavourful. Now lets get on to learn soya chunks gravy recipe...shall we?!

Soya Chunks Gravy Recipe

My Notes:

  • Mixing milk with water is to get rid of the raw smell of soya.
  • Pressure cooking at the final stage is purely optional you can just give a rolling boil and switch off. But I suggest to pressure cook for the gravy to nicely blend with the chunks, the chunks also becomes juicy.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and add lemon juice while serving.
