Soya Chunks is an excellent source of protein and has a lot of health benefits too. This gravy is medium spicy so its suitable for kids too. Soya Chunks is tasteless and has a tendency to absorb any flavor that it is cooked with so I always spice it up with strong spices to make it more flavorful. Do try and enjoy!

    • Mixing milk with water is to get rid of the raw smell of soya.

Hello have a doubt , after sauting the onion and tomato, us it thus sauteed onion-tomato that you grind? Or to grind is another set of onion and tomato,?
