White Chocolate Pudding is a delicious creamy melt in the mouth desert made using very few ingredients. White Chocolate Pudding Recipe with step by step pictures and video.

White Chocolate Pudding without eggs, gelatin or even china grass.I had white chocolate in stock which had been lying around since a month and wanted to use it up so tried this white chocolate pudding.

Ad I had no chinagrass tried with cornflour as setting agent and the pudding was a hit. This pudding comes out silky smooth and creamy. My kids are both obessed with pudding recipes so this vanished in few minutes.

Is it without eggs, gelatin and chinagrass?

Yes it is! So it means you need no fancy ingredients to whip up this pudding just basic ingredients that is available in your pantry.I used cornflour as setting agent here and as we use white chocolate the pudding sets beautifully.

Can we store White Chocolate Pudding?

Yes you can store it for 2 days in fridge but don't recommend after that.Though a thin layer of pudding skin forms on top the taste remains the same.If you don't want the pudding skin to form on top, then cling wrap so that the wrap touches the pudding.

    What white chocolate to use?

I used white chocolate slabs, shaved them and used.I would recommend any cooking chocolate to use for this pudding, choco chips am not sure as the ones we get in local markets does not melt perfectly.

Does this melt at room temp? I want to make ghost puddings out of this but want to leave them out for a party and not sure how long they will be out. Will they keep shape if left out for a couple of hours?
