    Pineapple Juice Recipe
I love Pineapple Juice very much especially after any heavy meal. I love to see the vibrant yellow color of the juice settled down with a froth floating on the top, sure a treat to our eyes. I have tried PinaColada already, with coconut milk flavor it is one of the best drinks !

    About Pineapple Juice

Pineapple Juice is a healthy refreshing tropical juice that everyone will love. Benefits of this juice include body coolant, natural healer for common cold and improves digestion.

I have used normal mixer for blending the juice, no electric juicer or blender is needed. Cleaning, removing the skin, thorny part and slicing pineapple is slightly tricky but with practise you will surely know the knack.

Pineapple is not only healthy it tastes delicious when had as such as a fruit too. It tastes great with salt and chilli powder drizzled too.

    How to choose Pineapple

    • Choose pineapple that is ripe – to find if its ripe first check if there is a fruity sweet smell from the fruit then it shows its ripe.
    • Pluck the leaves from the crown, if it is easily plucked then its ripe.
    • Just press and check the fruit, if its rock hard then its not ripe. It should slightly be soft when pressed then its perfectly ripe for it to be juiced.

    Pineapple Juice Benefits

    • Pineapple juice is a great immune booster.
    • It helps to detoxify body and mind.
    • Regulates blood pressure.
    • A great relief for cold and cough.
    • Great to improve vision.
    • Heart healthy drink.

    Ingredients

    • Pineapple – Fresh juicy ripe fruit is preferred for making juice so choose accordingly. For choosing ripe pineapple pluck the leaves if its easily plucked then its ripe.
    • Water, Icecubes – Adding water is purely your choice, you can reduce or increase it as per your liking.
    • Sugar & Salt – As pineapple has a natural sweetness, sugar is really not needed however to balance the tanginess, you can add little. Adding salt is optional.
