I have never thought of including pasta in the lunchbox series until my friend shared the idea with me.Then once when I was talking with my school friend she too said she packs pasta for her kid so thought of including it in my lunchbox series too.
Mittu runs miles away when she sees pasta so I haven’t tried this lunchbox with her. You can either make homemade pasta sauce or arrabiata sauce and pack it along with pasta and cheese, am sure this is just enough to make your kids happy who are fond of pasta!

- Pasta sauce can be made the prior day itself so the next day morning cooking pasta and packing lunch will be a breeze.
- If you feel the climate is too hot for the cheese to melt you can just cut into cubes and send.
- Just toss the pasta with little olive oil so that it doesn’t become dry.
- You can even use store bought pasta sauce.
