      Mam.. Am trying to loss weight and am planning to include ragi recipes in my diet chart, Will ragi put on weight? Or it will help to reduce weight. Many people are confusing me. Pls make me clear mam 🙂

        ya you can use ragi. try to include millet in ur diet that is ideal for weight loss.
