    About Lemon Tea

A simple tea with the infusion of tea decoction, lemon juice and honey. I love hot beverages and cold beverages depends on the climate and my mood. Also I can’t stand any beverage which turns my tea and coffee to be cold but few exceptions are there like iced lemon tea, cold coffee etc. But on the flip side, hubby loves tea either hot or cold so made this Lemon Tea for him and I too enjoyed it.

I love to have hot lemon tea during my mid mornings around 11 AM when I feel a bit tired after all house chores. Tea is such a refreshing drink – a cup of hot tea with milk or without milk makes any dull day fresh.

Lemon Tea preparation is very easy – First boil water, then add tea powder boil well to make a tea decoction. Then strain and when it is still warm add lemon juice and honey to it and your hot lemon tea is ready. Lemon Tea is very soothing, refreshing and comforting to have at anytime of the day.

This simple lemon tea is soothing for sore throats and colds and best as a morning drink. It is very easy and simple to make and gets done in just few minutes. Do try this Lemon Tea and enjoy!

I grew up in New York but I never visited California. We lived in New Delhi though for 5 years and loved Indian food and chai. This lemon tea recipe is perfect for me because Sicily is the land of lemons and oranges. I'm following you from Trapani, Sicily! It's normally very sunny here but the last few days it's been raining a lot. Now we even have the stuffy scirocco. But it should be sunny and warm soon.

I was recently on a trip to India and had iced tea thr. I have to be honest that I've never been a fan of an iced tea but the Indian one is SO good and lemon adds so much to the taste. Love it!
