    About Lemon Tea

A simple tea with the infusion of tea decoction, lemon juice and honey. I love hot beverages and cold beverages depends on the climate and my mood. Also I can’t stand any beverage which turns my tea and coffee to be cold but few exceptions are there like iced lemon tea, cold coffee etc. But on the flip side, hubby loves tea either hot or cold so made this Lemon Tea for him and I too enjoyed it.

I love to have Lemon Tea durting my mid mornings around 11 AM when I feel a bit tired after all house chores. Tea is such a refreshing drink – a cup of hot tea with milk or without milk makes any dull day fresh.

Lemon Tea is made by first boiling water, tea powder and making a decoction. Then straining and when it is still warm adding lemon juice and honey to it. Lemon Tea is very soothing, refreshing and comforting to have at anytime of the day.

Lemon Tea is soothing for sore throats and colds and best as a morning drink. It is very easy and simple to make and gets done in just few minutes. Do try this Lemon Tea and enjoy!

I grew up in New York but I never visited California. We lived in New Delhi though for 5 years and loved Indian food and chai. This lemon tea recipe is perfect for me because Sicily is the land of lemons and oranges. I'm following you from Trapani, Sicily! It's normally very sunny here but the last few days it's been raining a lot. Now we even have the stuffy scirocco. But it should be sunny and warm soon.
